Here’s a revised draft of the overlay district proposed for Route 28 by the Planning Board. The documents contains a map showing the properties that would be affected by the district, which runs along the south side of the roadway, largely parallel to Kenney and Hodge shores on Lake Wentworth.

This proposed district would add some uses to the ones already allowed on the lots identified by the map. These properties were removed from the original Route 28 zoning proposal.

The proposal gets its next review by the board at its Oct. 15 work session, set for the Wolfeboro Public Library at 7 o’clock.
